Eligibility for Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Sale items or items purchased during promotions are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Conditions
Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, broken, or altered after delivery.
A complete unboxing video (from seal opening to product inspection) is mandatory as proof in case of a defect or issue claim. Without this video, the return request will not be processed.
Jayposa reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 2 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Refunds are not available for sale items or non-returnable categories (as mentioned on the product page).

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return. Jayposa is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
