Every piece you order is carefully packed and dispatched with love through our trusted delivery partners. Most orders reach you within 2 to 7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM on weekdays or 3:00 PM on Saturdays will be processed the following business day. Please note, Sundays and national holidays are non-working days for dispatch.
While we always strive to deliver on time, there may be rare occasions when delays occur due to courier issues or factors beyond our control. Don’t worry — we’ll keep you informed at every step through WhatsApp and email updates.
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address or cancel the order.
If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order, or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first.
Additional Guidelines
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (excluding national holidays).
Replacements: Any replacement requests must be made within 2 working days of receiving the order. Requests made after this time cannot be accepted as per our policy.
Order Marked Delivered but Not Received: Please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update so we can assist you.
International Orders: All applicable customs duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Responsibility: Jayposa is not liable for packages accepted by anyone other than the intended recipient at the provided address.
If a prepaid order is refused at delivery, a refund will be issued after deducting both forward and return shipping charges.
