At Shanti Art & Crafts, we want you to cherish your purchases! If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right!
Our refund and returns policy extends for 7 days domestically ( INDIA ) and 14 days for international shipments. If it’s been more than the specified period since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange..
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Any products bought from our SALE section or marked as FINAL SALE in-store are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly marked as “Not available for return” if you try to return them using our online return system.
Returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, unscented, unworn, and with all tags still attached. If we receive a return by mail that doesn’t meet our return criteria, we won’t issue a store credit. Feel free to email us if you have questions or if your item was delivered damaged: info@jayposa.com.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) for any signs of wear or use and refund the specified form of payment. If an item doesn’t meet our return conditions, we’ll contact you to discuss your options.

To complete your return, you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refund are granted:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you. We’ll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jayposa.com and mail your item to: Shanti Art & Crafts 51441, Pratap Nagar, Sanganer, Jaipur 302033 – India.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, mail it to: Shanti Art & Crafts 51441, Pratap Nagar, Sanganer, Jaipur 302033 – India.
You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on where you live. If you’re returning high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
